Ferrari F70 prospective World's Fastest Car

The Italian supercar manufacturer, Ferrari, is preparing the next generation of the legend, Enzo Ferrari. The car is named F70 is claimed to have super power of 920 horsepower.



Ferrari F70 is expected to use the big 7.3 liter V12 engine, which was actually developed for the F620 or 599 GTB replacement. F620 will be officially rolled at the Geneva Motor Show next month.

Ferrari F70 system will use the KERS (Kinetic Energy Recovery System) which is also used in Formula One racing car. By adopting the KERS system, this supercar will get additional power of 120 HP.

Reported Inautonews, Tuesday, February 21, 2012, Ferrari F70 plotted to beat the Bugatti Veyron as the fastest car in the world. As is known, the Bugatti Veyron can reach a constant speed of 250 km / h and requires only 270-280 horsepower. There are still 700 horsepower continues to increase idle speed of the car.

Veyron has 730 Nm of torque, between 2200 and 5500 RPM. This car is powered by 8000 cc W16 engine that produces power 1200 hp and 1250 Nm of torque. The maximum acceleration 0-100 km / h in 2.6 seconds and a top speed of 440 km / h.

But until now, the manufacturer based in Maranello, Italy, would not comment about the F70. Ferrari F70 weighs 1134 kg and the model will be created to compete with the model of McLaren F1 and the Porsche 918.
