Lenovo will be the first Windows 8 tablet

Windows 8 has its own charm. Intense competition ensued among computer vendors to be the first to bring the tablet with the operating system from Microsoft.



Based on information from sources who do not want to be identified, the tech site The Verge on Friday, March 16, 2012, reported that Lenovo was about to pursue a position as the first vendor to release a tablet with Windows 8 OS.

According to the source Lenovo believes that the operating system is ready for the market in October this year. Not much more detail about this tablet is disclosed, but will use chips from Intel.

If the rumors are true, then not only that Lenovo will take part in the race issue Windows 8 tablet. Previously Michael Dell, CEO of Dell, said that his company will launch a tablet for the enterprise market that will hit the market on the same day as the OS is starting to be sent.

Nokia, which in recent years has been associated closely with Microsoft, is also working on her tablet OS Windows 8 measuring 10 inches, the target was launched before the year ends. Hewlett-Packard and Asus are other players who reportedly also preparing tablets with similar OS.
